Brewing steps for 1 cup: 1. Use soft water 2. Boil the water for at least 5 min. take out air and chlorine odor 3. Pour 1/4 cup of hot water into a teacup to adjust the water temperature 4. Put 1 heaping teaspoon of kamairicha tea leaves into a teapot 5. Pour the adjusted temperature water of 3. above into the teapot 6. Wait for 1 minute and a half 7. Pour out the tea liquid into the teacup to the last drop (For 2nd and 3rd infusion - shorter waiting time) 8. Pour 1/4 cup of hot water into the teapot 9. Wait for 30 seconds or less 10.
