• Maintains a Moist Healing Environment: The hydrocolloid dressing forms a gel upon absorbing wound exudates providing a moist wound environment, supporting granulation and epithelialization
• Does Not Irritate Skin: The gel formation prevents Simpurity hydrocolloid from adhering to wounds and dressing can be removed without causing pain and without damaging the granulation and epithelial tissue.
• Gentle and Secure Adhesion: The latex free hydrocolloid dressing provides a barrier to external debris and bacteria when securely adhered to skin. It has a silicone release liner to facilitate removal from adhesive and application to skin
• Hydrocolloid Wound Dressings are indicated for the management of light-to-moderately exuding wounds such as: Second-degree burns, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, chronic slow healing wounds and abrasions

Simpurity Hydrocolloid dressing sheet is a gelatin free hydrocolloid adhesive wound dressing laminated to a semi permeable, bacteria proof, virus proof and waterproof polyurethane film backing individually packed and sterilized by radiation. Simpurity Hydrocolloids high absorption capacity binds away excess exudate prolonging dressing change intervals. The dressing is slightly transparent enabling wound inspection. Dressings are not indicated for use on the following Third-degree burns on exposed muscle, bones and tendons Infected wounds
