Description
In some dishes this final sprinkle of spices is employed more for its aroma than its flavor and is therefore used toward the very end of the cooking process. A sweet-smelling refresher spice made of cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper and long pepper it is used mainly in meat wot dishes.
