Tips for a strong hold
Make sure your skin is dry.
Always apply the plaster free of tension.
Let the plaster develop its full adhesive strength for about 60 minutes before you use it.
After the shower or after swimming you should only dab the plaster lightly.
Cut off loose areas close to the skin.
When removing the patch, gently lift the edge and peel it off slowly.
Change the plaster every 7-10 days to achieve an optimal result.
