How to brew oolong tea?
Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp oolong, pour small amount of boiling water into the tea and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 85-95C (185-205F) and cover tea pot for 3-5 minutes, and then enjoy.
